This project involved creating a comprehensive brand identity for "Global Remote Connect," a remote staffing agency that connects international talent with global opportunities.

The core objective was to design a logo that visually represents the connection between diverse professionals across geographical boundaries while maintaining a modern, professional aesthetic suitable for the staffing industry.

As the Lead Brand Designer, I managed the entire visual identity development process, focusing on creating a memorable and scalable logo system.

My key responsibilities included:

Concept Development: Creating multiple logo concepts that visually represented global connectivity and remote work dynamics.

Symbolism Integration: Designing a mark that incorporates elements representing global reach, digital connection, and professional networking.

Typography Selection: Choosing typefaces that balance professionalism with modern accessibility across digital and print applications.

The goal was to create an impactful and engaging social media asset for Alliant Recovery, a treatment center with Ohio locations, to drive awareness and encourage initial contact.

The visual and textual concept needed to:

• Highlight a holistic approach to recovery (Art, Music, Exercise)

• Create a tone of hope, accessibility, and community

• Feature authentic representation to resonate with a diverse audience

• Include a clear Call to Action (CTA)

🛠️ My Role & Process: Social Media Strategist/Designer

I managed the creation and optimization of this social media graphic, ensuring it aligned with the client's brand and marketing objectives.

My key responsibilities included:

Visual Selection/Direction: Choosing a compelling image that visually represented diverse individuals engaging in therapeutic activities (art, music, movement) and conveyed a sense of well-being and hope.

Copywriting and Optimization: Drafting the accompanying text to be both inspirational and actionable, emphasizing the "courage" of starting recovery and the center's holistic programs.

Brand and CTA Integration: Ensuring the client's name (ALLIANT RECOVERY), key locations, and the prominent phone number CTA were clearly and strategically positioned for maximum visibility.

Hashtag Strategy: Developing a set of relevant hashtags (#AlliantRecovery, #FreshStart, #HopeAndHealing, #CleveOhio, #YouAreWorthy) to maximize organic reach and campaign relevance.

This social media post was designed as a high-impact engagement tool:

The objective was to design a compelling, high-impact digital flyer to promote the "Healing Together: Addressing Mental Health Stigma in Communities of Color Virtual Summit" and specifically highlight the featured speaker, Jem Amar.

The design needed to convey:

Urgency and Excitement: Using dynamic graphics, bold text, and visual movement (in the GIF/digital version) to attract attention on social media platforms.

Thematic Relevance: Balancing the personal story of resilience with the broader, critical topic of addressing mental health stigma.

Clear Event Details: Ensuring all necessary information (speaker, dates, time, format, and website) was instantly recognizable.

🛠️ My Role & Process: Digital Event Promoter & Designer

I was responsible for the full design and informational hierarchy of this promotional asset, ensuring maximum visibility and conversion for the free online event.

My key responsibilities included:

Visual Impact Design: Creating a visually arresting background and using strong graphic overlays to frame the speaker, giving the flyer a professional and contemporary edge.

Informational Strategy: Structuring complex details into easily digestible segments: the speaker spotlight, the event theme (Mental Health Stigma), and the speaker's unique qualifications (Bipolar diagnosis, Shadow Work, Inner Child Healing).

Clear Hierarchy: Utilizing large, prominent text to feature the speaker's name (Jem Amar) and the crucial event logistics (NOV 29-30, 9:00 AM CST, Online | Free Event).

Call-to-Action Integration: Incorporating a QR code for immediate mobile registration and prominently featuring the direct registration URL (www.soulfulresiliencejourney.online).

Trauma-Informed Care: Promotional Reel for Staff Resilience Training

The objective was to produce a professional and empathetic video reel to market "Soulful Resilience Training," a specialized staff development program focused on Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), burnout prevention, and resilience.

The video was designed to speak directly to the target audience—professionals in human services, healthcare, and education—by acknowledging the emotional toll of their work and presenting the training as a vital form of support. The core vision was to position the program as an interactive, whole-person experience, not just a lecture.

🛠️ My Role and Process: Video Content Creator & Script Strategist

I was responsible for the creation of this promotional reel, from conceptualizing the narrative to finalizing the presentation of the training content.

My key responsibilities included:

Scriptwriting & Voiceover Direction: Crafting the narrative to establish immediate relatability (acknowledging the "toll that constant care... can take" [00:25]) and clearly articulating the training's value proposition [00:31].

Content Structuring: Logically outlining the training curriculum within the short reel format, dividing the pitch into the problem, the solution (Trauma-Informed Care), and specific actionable benefits.

Methodology Highlight: Ensuring the video emphasized the practical and interactive nature of the training, specifically mentioning elements like breakouts, reflection prompts, and guided grounding exercises [01:41].

Call-to-Action (CTA): Providing a clear closing statement inviting organizations to partner with the agency and visit the site for customization [02:30].

Key Highlights & Value Proposition

The final reel successfully promoted a training curriculum focused on long-term, sustainable support for care professionals:

  • Trauma-Informed Focus: Taught participants how trauma shows up in clients, teams, environments, and their own bodies [00:54], and how to truly create safe spaces [01:05].
  • Burnout Prevention: Provided direct tools for how to recognize and prevent burnout and compassion fatigue before they take hold [01:08].

Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) — Symbolism & Hope Campaign

The goal was to create a highly emotive and resonant social media graphic for National Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) in October.

The visual concept was designed to move beyond typical representations of crisis, focusing instead on the themes of healing, transformation, and the journey toward freedom. The primary message was to inspire hope while affirming support for survivors.

🛠️ My Role and Process: Concept Developer & Digital Artist

I was responsible for the conceptualization and creation of this symbolic digital image, ensuring it communicated a sensitive and empowering message to the audience.

My key responsibilities included:

Visual Symbolism: Designing the image around the central metaphor of a glittering purple butterfly (a symbol of transformation, hope, and freedom) rising from fragmented pieces, representing the process of breaking free from trauma.

Emotional Tone: Utilizing soft, natural elements—a hand reaching upward in a meadow at sunrise—to establish a tone of support, renewal, and forward momentum. The purple ribbon attached to the butterfly reinforced the color for awareness campaigns.

Messaging Clarity: Ensuring the core awareness message (OCTOBER IS NATIONAL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH) was clearly integrated without detracting from the emotional impact of the artwork.

Hashtag Strategy: Selecting empowering and supportive hashtags (#SurvivorStrong, #YouAreNotAlone) to maximize organic reach and encourage a sense of community among survivors and allies.

Key Campaign Highlights & Deliverables

This asset served as a critical piece of the month-long awareness initiative:

  • High Emotional Engagement: Created an instantly shareable and visually distinct graphic that evokes powerful feelings of healing and strength.
  • Affirmation and Support: The use of the hashtag #YouAreNotAlone directly addresses a core challenge of domestic violence, making the graphic an immediate source of affirmation.
  • Memorable Awareness Tool: Successfully utilized color (purple) and symbolism (butterfly, shattered pieces) to communicate a complex message about recovery and resilience in a single, compelling frame.

E-Commerce Baking Promotion: The Home Baker Aesthetic

The goal was to create a high-quality, visually appealing e-commerce asset for an online baking store. The image needed to showcase a completed, irresistible dessert while simultaneously highlighting the aspirational experience of home baking and the high quality of the store's ingredients/tools.

The concept was to merge product promotion with a strong lifestyle aesthetic that inspires consumers to replicate the result using the client's products.

🛠️ My Role and Process: Product Photographer & Campaign Designer

I was responsible for the artistic direction, setup, and final execution of this promotional visual, designed to drive traffic and conversion for the online store.

My key responsibilities included:

Product Styling & Plating: Arranging the dessert (a cheesecake or similar layered bar) to look appealing and manageable for the home baker, using a common foil pan to emphasize accessibility.

Prop and Set Design: Carefully selecting the background elements—the vibrant red subway tile, the stand mixer, and the kettle—to instantly evoke a sense of a well-equipped, passionate home kitchen where quality baking happens.

Composition & Focus: Employing a shallow depth of field to sharply focus on the finished dessert in the foreground, while the branded kitchen tools (like the red stand mixer) subtly provide visual context and aspirational product placement in the background.

E-Commerce Readiness: Creating an image with excellent vertical framing and quality to be easily adapted for use across various sales channels, including website banners, social media feeds, and email marketing.

Key Promotional Highlights & Deliverables

This visual asset successfully achieved several key marketing goals:

  • Aspirational Context: The rich, organized red-and-black kitchen theme strongly appeals to the dedicated home baker who invests in quality equipment.
  • Subtle Product Placement: The kitchen tools in the background serve as organic, non-intrusive advertisements for general kitchenware and mixers sold by the store.
  • Appetite Appeal: The sharp focus and high contrast made the final dessert (specifically the texture of the filling and the glossy fruit topping) the undeniable hero of the shot, immediately motivating purchase.
